Yorktown Man Charged With Selling LSD In Putnam

A Yorktown man has been charged after selling LSD in Putnam, police say.

Putnam County Sheriff’s Department officers say they arrested Anthony Piscitelli, 20, of Yorktown on Wednesday, June 26 after a lengthy investigation by the department’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU).

NEU officers say they discovered in 2018 that a Yorktown Heights male was selling LSD in Putnam County.

NEU members then made contact with Piscitelli, arranged for the purchase of LSD and arrested Piscitelli at his home.

Piscitelli was charged with the felonies of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on a future date.
